This our medium hot sauce, we had it Scoville tested and came out to 2,190 Scoville heat units. They come in 5-ounce woozy bottles.   The Bhut Jolokia (Ghost pepper) raw is between 855,000 – 1,000,000 SHU.  Everyone’s palate is different for heat; I can best describe it as a sweet heat for any meal. Our sauces consist of Chilis, habaneros, jalapenos, chili powder, paprika, and of coarse Ghost pepper mash for the heat. Other ingredients are tomatoes which are explained earlier, shallots, sweet onions, garlic powder, carrots, lime juice and distilled vinegar. After the initial heat you will taste the other ingredients that separate our sauce from everyone else.

Both Ghost Pepper mash and Carolina Reaper mash that we use are 100% natural hand harvested, no MSG, NON GMO, Kosher, and HACCP certified. The company we get them from contains citric acid, acetic acid, and minimal salt in the fermenting process. Being that the mash is only one of the many ingredients the salt level is so diluted that is does not register on our Nutrition label.
