This our Hotter sauce, we had it Scoville tested and came out to 3,630 Scoville heat units. They come in 5-ounce woozy bottles. The Carolina Reaper pepper raw is between 1,641,183 – 2,200,000 SHU! Now this sauce has a Kick ! We use the Red Ant Inferno and add the Carolina Reaper along with capsicum extract, and soybean oil. The Carolina Reaper pepper creates a different smokey flavor and it kicks up the heat. Again, depending on your palate people have different opinions on what’s hot so you will have to try for yourself. We didn’t want it to be a killer heat because to us it’s all about the flavor. I use this in a lot of soups, sauces, beans, rice, or just straight from the bottle to the dish begin served.

Both Ghost Pepper mash and Carolina Reaper mash that we use are 100% natural hand harvested, no MSG, NON GMO, Kosher, and HACCP certified. The company we get them from contains citric acid, acetic acid, and minimal salt in the fermenting process. Being that the mash is only one of the many ingredients the salt level is so diluted that is does not register on our Nutrition label.
